Зміни, внесені цією додатковою угодою не є змінами до істотних умов договору в розумінні Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", однак Замовник вважає за необхідне їх відобразити в електронній системі закупівель. Також зазначаємо, що для опублікування даної додаткової угоди обрано випадок продовження строку дії договору.., оскільки в електронній системі закупівель відсутня технічна можливість оприлюднення змін до неістотних умов договору.
