У зв'язку із збільшенням ціни на бензин А-95 (підтверджується листом від Криворізької торгово-промислової палати) та керуючись п.2 ч.4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". Сторони прийшли до згоди встановити ціну за 1л-30,00 грн з ПДВ, що вплинуло на зменшення кількості обсягу товару та зменшення загальної суми договору.
