відповідно до ст.ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 2. ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сторони Договору погоджують змінити ціну за одиницю Товару (а саме ціну на залишок товарів, які необхідно ще поставити) при цьому не збільшуючи суму, визначену в договорі та викласти у новій редакції п. 3.1. Договору та Додаток 1 до Договору «Технічна специфікація»
