Note:
Керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.12.4. Договору №495 від 19.04.2019 сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % ціни Договору. А саме - збільшити суму Договору на 49698,00 грн. з ПДВ (загальна сума Договору з урахування збільшення складає - 298188,00 грн. з ПДВ) та продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.03.2020 року.
