відповідно до п. 8 ч. 5 та ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України та п. 13.6 Договору № 21601060(2) від 31.08.2022 року збільшується сумма договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
