У відповідності до пункту 11.2 Договору істотні умови можуть змінюватися з підстав визначених у п. 7 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” у разі зміни встановлених згідно із законодавством регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів які застосовуються у договорі про закупівлю згідно з нормативно-правовими актами Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері енергетики та комунальних послуг та з урахуванням постанови НКРЕКП від 09.12.2020 № 2379 «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії АТ «Харківобленерго» із застосуванням стимулюючого регулювання», Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору про закупівлю послуги з розподілу електричної енергії № 06-1761 від 30.12.2020 року. Після внесених змін ціна Договору складає 1 031 094,18 грн.,з ПДВ. Обсяги закупівлі не змінюються.
