Згідно Протоколу №61 від 21.08.2023р. (про виявлення та виправлення технічної та / або механічної помилки під час оприлюднення договору) прийнято рішення про допущення технічної помилки, а саме: 28.07.2023р. було помилково оприлюднено невірну сторінку договору про закупівлю від 28.07.2023 №10 - 9 сторінка. Тобто, замість сторінки, яка була погоджена сторонами під час укладанння договору про закупівлю, було оприлюднено сторінку, яка узгоджувалася та виправлялася сторонами перед його укладанням. Відповідно необхідно оприлюднити в електронній системі закупівель договір про закупівлю від 28.07.2023 №10 у правильній редакції та вважати 9 сторінку договору про закупівлю, що оприлюднено в електронній системі закупівель 28.07.2023, помилково розміщеною.
