продовжити строк виконання робіт за договором підряду № 538 від 05.12.2017р. (далі-Договір) та строк дії Договору, у зв’язку з чим погодили несення змін до п. 3.1 та п.16.3 Договору та викладення їх в такій редакції:
«3.1. Роботи згідно даного Договору повинні бути виконані в термін до 30.11.2018 р. відповідно до погодженого Сторонами графіка виконання робіт.».
«10.1. Договір діє з моменту укладання до 31.12.2018 р., але у будь-якому разі повного закінчення виконання робіт і проведення остаточних розрахунків між Сторонами.».
