у звязку з необхідністю проведення Замовником на початку 2022 орку процедури закупівлі послуг з ручного прибирання вулиць та скверів Личаківського району м.Львова , керуючись пунктом 8 частини 5 та частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та з урахуванням додаткової угоди №1 від 31 грудня 2021 року до Договору про закупівлю послуг:Послуги з ручного прибирання вулиць та скверів Личаківського району м.Львова, дійшли згоди про таке: 1.Виконавець зобовязується надати послуги у порядку та за ціною, визначеною у Договорі про закупівлю послуг від 11 березня 2021 року №4/33-79 у період з 01 січня по 01 квітня 2022 ороку включно. 2.Загальна вартість послуг, зазначених у п.1 цієї додаткової угоди, становить 3 538000,00 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ 3.В звязку з укладенням додаткової угоди №2 загальна вартість Договору про закупівлю послуг від 11 березня 2021 року №4/33-79, а саме пункт 2.1. становить 21 228 000,00грн. в т.ч.ПДВ
