Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
Note:
1. Ціна додаткової угоди складає суму, яка не перевищує 20% від суми визначеної за ним у 2019 році (залежно від фактичних обсягів фінансування Замовнику) і становить 580 318,80 грн., з ПДВ.
2. Викласти п. 2.1. та п.3.1. Договору у такій редакції:
« 2.1. Загальна кількість постачання з урахуванням суми 20%-ї угоди складає 336,894 тис. м3»
«3.1. Загальна сума договору з урахуванням суми 20%-ї угоди складає 3 481 958,84 грн., з ПДВ.»
3. Викласти п. 9.3. Договору у такій редакції:
“9.3. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до моменту завершення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, а саме до 28.02.2020 р.”
4. З огляду на викладене вище, Замовник підтверджує, що видатки на мету, задля якої Сторони укладають цю Додаткову угоду, затверджено в установленому порядку.
5. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
6. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
7. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 23 від 05 лютого 2019 року.
