1. Викласти пункт 3.1 в наступній редакції: «3.1. Постачання природного газу здійснюється за ціною, що вільно встановлюється між Постачальником та Споживачем . З 1 січня 2018 року ціна природного газу за цим Договором визначається за 1000 куб.м. та становить 9067.55 грн., без урахування податку на додану вартість, тарифів на транспортування і розподіл природного газу. Крім того тариф на транспортування природного газу - 58.30 грн. без ПДВ Крім того, ПДВ (20%) - 1825.17 грн. Ціна природного газу до сплати за 1000 куб, м. - 10951.02 грн.» Вартість Договору визначається як добуток ціни природного газу та договірних обсягів постачання природного газу визначених Споживачем у Додатку 1 цього договору та становить 2520000,00 грн.
