1. Сторони домовились, що сума Договору № 1703563 від 16.03.2017 року на час закупівлі «Замовником» послуг пов’язаних з друком газети «Наше місто» збільшується відповідно до статті 36 п. 5 Закону України №922-VIII від 25.12.2015 р. «Про публічні закупівлі», на суму не більше ніж 401 071,12 грн. (чотириста одна тисяча сімдесят одна грн.12 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ 20 % - 66845,19 грн., а саме 20% від суми Договору № 1703563 від 16.03.2017 року, укладеного в попередній бюджетний період, яка становила 2 005 512 грн. 00 коп. (два мільйони п’ять тисяч п’ятсот дванадцять грн. 00 коп.).
