Note:
Затримка фінансування за відповідною бюджетною програмою ( а саме призупинення проведення розрахунково-касового обслуговування), що є документально підтвердженим(лист Мінекономіки від 24.11.2025 № 2122-10/80279-03), робить неможливим фінансування будівництва об'єкту (закупівля UA-P-2024-05-16-003976-a) у визначені строки, відповідно і послуг з технічного нагляду. Сторони погодилися продовжити строки виконання робіт і строк дії Договору без збільшення його вартості до грудня 2026 року, а також Сторони домовилися внести зміни до банківських реквізитів Сторін.
