У зв'язку з коригуванням проектної документації "Реконструкція приміщень першого поверху будівлі хірургічно-травматологічного корпусу комунального некомерційного підприємства «Нововолинська центральна міська лікарня» для відділення екстренної (невідкладної) медичної допомоги на проспекті Перемоги, 7 в м.Нововолинську Волинської області" з метою покращення деяких проектних рішень (якості предмета закупівлі), з врахуванням п.3 част.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", відповідно до п.19 Загальних умов укладення та виконання договорів підряду в капітальному будівництві, затверджених постановою КМУ від 01.08.2005 №668, керуючись п.п.10.1, 10.2, 10.5 договору сторони погодили пункт 1.5 договору викласти у такій редакції: "1.5. Cтрок виконання робіт: по 30 листопада 2020 року."
