На підставі п.4 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи умови пп.3 п. 7.9., п. 6.4., п.6.5. даного Договору, згідно з об’єктивним обставинами, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме неможливість отримання Замовником послуг з проведення лабораторних досліджень у повному обсязі, у зв’язку з встановленням карантинних заходів у медичному закладі Замовника, що пов’язано з епідеміологічною ситуацією та заходами, спрямованими на подолання гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, у зв’язку із підвищенням рівня захворюваності коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2 серед пацієнтів та працівників Замовника, Сторони домовились подовжити строк дії Договору та строк надання послуг на наступний рік – до 31.03.2021р.
