Відповідно до п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 13.2. Договору № 60AB200-99941-22 у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії та на підставі висновку ТПП № Ц-304 від 12.08.2022р. Сторони домовились: викласти п. 5.2. Договору у новій редакції: "п. 5.2. Ціна за 1 кВт/год електричної енергії, без урахування тарифів на її розподіл, становить 4,13819 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ".

Відповідно до п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 13.2. Договору № 60AB200-99941-22 у зв’язку з коливанням ціни на ринку електричної енергії та на підставі висновку ТПП № Ц-19-09/632 від 01.11.2022р. Сторони домовились: Викласти п. 2.1. Договору у новій редакції:
«п.2.1. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії за цим Договором становить: 25 363 кВт*год».
Викласти перший та другий абзац Додатку 2 до Договору у наступній редакції:
". Ціна за 1 кВт/год електричної енергії, без урахування тарифів на її розподіл, становить 4,56614 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ."
