У зв’язку із зверненням постачальника про відсутність можливості поставити частину товару згідно з специфікацією до договору, а саме: (Спирт етиловий 96%, розчин для зовнішнього застосування 96% по 10л. у каністрах) – 2каністри, посилаючись на п. 3.3. договору №2432/С від «17» жовтня 2017 р., а також у зв’язку з зміною ціни в сторону зменшення без зміни якості на товар – (СПИРТ ЕТИЛОВИЙ 70%, розчин для зовнішнього застосування 70% по 100мл у флаконах), Сторони, дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору №2432/С від «17» жовтня 2017 р. на суму- 11513,20 грн. (Одинадцять тисяч п`ятсот тринадцять гривень 20 копiйок), у зв’язку з чим, до пункту 3.1. Договору №2432/С від «17» жовтня 2017 р. внести зміни і викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Загальна вартість договору становить: 270367,60 грн. (Двiстi сiмдесят тисяч триста шiстдесят сiм гривень 60 копiйок), у т.ч. ПДВ
Специфікацію до договору викласти в новій редакції.

ПДВ)
