Керуючись ч. 5 статті 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього договору, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, в зв’язку з чим внести наступні зміни і доповнення до Договору.
