У зв'язку із значним коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку, що підтверджується довідкою Полтавської ТПП, Сторони домовились змінити ціну за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії з 3,02668 за 1 кВт*год без урахування ПДВ на 3,3292 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ, підвищення становить 0,30252 грн. за кВт*год без ПДВ (9,995 %), що знаходиться в межах коливання закупівельної ціни на ринку електричної енергії та одночасно в межах дозволеного п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" граничного розміру збільшення ціни товару. Тому Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 6061,89 грн.
