1.Викласти пункт 2.1.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«2.1.1 Виставити на об’єкті не менше одного охоронця з 05 січня 2018 року до 31 грудня 2018 року.»
2.Викласти пункт 7.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«7.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з 05 січня 2018 року та діє до 31 грудня 2018 року включно, а в частині розрахунків до повного його виконання.»
3.Викласти пункт 7.6. Договору в наступній редакції:
«7.6. Порядок змін умов договору наступний: у разі виникнення випадків, зазначених у п.7.5., або з інших причин, зміни умов договору можуть бути внесені тільки за домовленістю Сторін, які оформлюються додатковими угодами до цього Договору, з обґрунтуванням внесення зазначених змін.»
