Сторони вирішили внести зміни до Розділу 4 Договору п. 4.1. та викласти в наступній редакції: «4.1. Ціна за 1000 кубічних метрів природного газу становить 7038,00 грн. з ПДВ, в тому числі вартість послуги замовленої потужності природного газу для внутрішньої точки виходу з газотранспортної системи за 1 000 м.куб.-163,90 з ПДВ»

Керуючись Законом України "Про ринок природного газу" та п.2 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", у зв'язку з коливанням ціни на ринку природного газу, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну газу на 9%3, згідно довідки Харківської торгово-промислової палати №847-1/21 від 13.04.2021 року та уклали Додаткову Угоду до Договору №494/21 від 03.02.2021 року про таке: 1.Внести зміни до п.2.1 Розділу 1 Договору, та викласти у такій редакції: 1.1. "2.1. Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу- 110,829496 тис.м.куб.
