керуючись статтями 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, дійшли згоди змінити умови договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу від «28» грудня 2020 року №7 (далі Договір), укладеного за результатами проведення процедури закупівлі (тендеру), уклали дану додаткову угоду до Договору, з урахуванням укладених Додаткових угод № 1 - 9 включно, про наступне: 1. Замовник і Постачальник прийшли до згоди зменшити суму договору № 7 від 28.12. 2020 року на 240 861,49 грн;Пункт 2.2 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Прогнозований обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії за цим договором визначений в розмірі 721491 кВт.год»
