Note:
Внести зміни до додаткової угоди №2 від 29.12.2017 року та викласти пункт 1 угоди в наступній редакції:
"1. Згідно частини п'ятої ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №10/1 від 16.01.2017 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, та збільшити суму договору на 161 012,91 грн (сто шістдесят одну тисячу дванадцять грн. 91 коп).
2. Інші умови вищезгаданого Договору , які не вказані в угоді, залишаються без змін, і сторони підтверджують за ними свої зобов'язання.
3. Ця Додаткова угода складена в трьох примірниках, по одному примірнику кожній стороні, при цьому кожний примірник має однакову юридичну силу.
4. Ця угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання та діє до укладення договору на 2018 рік за результатами застосування процедури відкриті торги.
