Замовник доручає, а Виконавець зобов'язується у відповідності до умов цього Договору розробити проектно-кошторисну документацію по об'єкту: "Капітальний ремонт будівлі амбулаторії загальної практики сімейної медицини за адресою: вул. Небесної Сотні, 81, с. Руська Поляна, Черкаський район, Черкаська область".
