У розділі ІІІ викласти п.3.2 в наступній редакції: ціна газу становить 12362,50 грн. за 1000 куб.м. крім того ПДВ 2472,50 грн. всього з ПДВ-14835,00грн. та в зв'язку зі зміною банківських реквізитів ТОВ "УКРТРАНССЕРВІС-ГРУП" досягли згоди внести зміни до розділу ХІ. Відповідно до п.5 ст..36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони погодили продовжити дію договору №17-316 від 16.01.2018р. до 31.01.2019 року, на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі та в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми договору. 2.Очікувана сума даної угоди становить 111 317грн.54коп.. 3. Виконання зобов'язань щодо закупівлі обсягу предмета закупівлі у межах 20% залежатиме від затвердження видатків на початку року у встановленому порядку.4. Всі інші умови договору залишаються незмінними і обов'язковими для виконання.

Договору №17-316 на постачання природного газу від 16.01.2018 року в наступній редакції: 3.2. Ціна газу становить 11000,00грн.за 1000куб.м.,крім того ПДВ 2200,00грн.,всього з ПДВ -13200,00грн. 2. Дана додаткова угода №8 укладена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, що мають однакову юридичну силу, набирає чинності з дня підписання і є невід'ємною частиною Договору на постачання природного газу №17-316 від 16.01.2018р. 3. Інші умови даного Договору на постачання природного газу №17-316 від 16.01.2018р. залишаються незмінними і обов'язковими до виконання Сторонами.
