1. На підставі листа ТОВ «ЗОЛОТИЙ СТАНДАРТ К» № 01-02/21 від 02.03.2021 року, цінової довідки Харківської торгово-промислової палати № 474/21 від 25.02.2021 року та підпункту 2 пункту 11.4 договору збільшити ціни за одиницю товару на 10% та внести зміни в Специфікацію (додаток №1.2 договору). 2. Зменшити суму договору на 2,21 гривень, а саме фінансування за бюджетні кошти зменшити на 0,39 грн., а за власні кошти зменшити на 1,82 грн. та пункт 3.1. договору викласти у наступній редакції: 3.1. Ціна (сума) цього Договору становить 1 755 566,11 (один мільйон сімсот п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч п’ятсот шістдесят шість гривень 11 коп.) гривень, у тому числі: ПДВ 292 594,35 гривень. Сума договору може складатись як з власних коштів так і з коштів місцевого бюджету. Фінансування за бюджетні кошти складає 518 098,43 гривень, у тому числі ПДВ 86 349,74 грн., за власні кошти – 1 237 467,68 гривень, у тому числі ПДВ 206 244,61 гривень.
