Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», згідно п.п. 2. п. 13.2. Розділу 13 «13. Строк дії Договору та інші умови» умов Договору та умов Додатку 2 «Комерційна пропозиція ПВЦ-Індивідуальна комерційна пропозиція» до Договору, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год до 10 відсотків у зв’язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості договору, що підтверджується інформацією з вебсайту ДП «Оператор ринку» (https://www.oree.com.ua).
Ціна за 1 кВт*год становить 4,86708 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 0,81118 грн.
