На підставі п.4 ч.5 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи умови ч.6 п.4.4., ч.2 п.4.5., п. 9.11 даного Договору, згідно з об’єктивним обставинами, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме неможливість отримання Замовником послуг з медичного обслуговування у повному обсязі, у зв’язку з встановленням карантинних заходів у медичному закладі Замовника, що пов’язано з епідеміологічною ситуацією та заходами, спрямованими на подолання гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, у зв’язку із підвищенням рівня захворюваності коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2 серед пацієнтів та працівників Замовника, Сторони домовились подовжити строк дії Договору до 30.06.2021р.
