У зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю та на підставі листа Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України від 09.10.2020 №7/19/16798-20, дійшли згоди укласти цю додаткову угоду №16 (надалі «Додаткова угода») до договору про закупівлю робіт (договір підряду ) від 13.12.2019 р. № ZP03_04(надалі – «Договір») про нижченаведене: 1.П.18.1. розділу 18 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» викласти в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір вважається укладеним після підписання Сторонами і набирає чинності з моменту отримання резолюції ЄІБ «без заперечень» і діє до 30.10.2021 р.,а в частині виконання забов’язань Сторін - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором». 2 Викласти Додаток №2 (Календарний графік виконання робіт) в новій редакції.

(двадцять один мільйон шістсот п’ять тисяч п’ятсот чотири грн. 06 коп.); б) ПДВ у сумі 4 321 100,81 грн. (чотири мільйони триста двадцять одна тисяча сто грн. 81 коп.); Разом (сума рядків а і б): 25 926 604,87 грн. (двадцять п’ять мільйонів дев’ятсот двадцять шість тисяч шістсот чотири грн. 87 коп.); Договірна ціна є додатком (Додаток №1) до цього Договору.». 2.
