Керуючись ст.173 Господарського кодексу України, п.3 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" . Доповнити розділ 4 Договору п. 4.3; п.5.1 розділу 5 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: Строк (термін) постачання електричної енергії - з дати, не раніше дати акцептування заяви на зміну Постачальника відповідним оператором системи розподілу до 31.12.2022р.; п.6.1 розділу 6 Договору доповнити підпунктами 6.1.3,6.1.4,6.1.5; п.6.4 розділу 6 Договору доповнити підпунктом 6.4.4; розділ 7 Договору доповнити п.7.4; Сторони домовились всюди за текстом Договору замінити назву сторін Договору "Учасник" та "Замовник" в усіх відмінках відповідно на "Постачальник" та "Споживач" у відповідних відмінках;Сторони домовились викласти Комерційну пропозицію в редакції Постачальника, що додається до даної Додаткової угоди.
