У звязку зі зростанням ціни на ринку нафтопродуктів (експертний висновок Запорізької торгово0промислової палати № ОИ-5344 від 19.09.2019 р) та на підставі ст.36 Закону України "Про публвчні закупівлі" сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшеннясуми, визначеної в договорі.
