Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 8130,25 грн. (вісім тисяч сто тридцять грн. 25 коп.) та викласти п. 3.1. в наступній редакції:
1 Сума договору складає 25377,75 грн. (двадцять п’ять тисяч триста сімдесят сім грн. 75 коп.) без ПДВ.
1. В усьому іншому, що не передбачено цією Додатковою угодою, обов’язковим будуть умови вищезазначеного Договору.
2. Ця додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту підписання Сторонами та скріплення її печатками Сторін, діє до 31.03.2020 року, а у частині розрахунків – до повного виконання.
3. Ця угода з моменту набрання нею чинності є невід’ємною частиною вищезазначеного договору.
4. Решта умов договору залишаться незмінною.
