Note:
1. Ця Угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами. СТОРОНИ відповідно до ст. 180 ГК України та ст. 631 ЦК України, встановлюють, що умови даної угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними з 30.10.2024 року.
2. На підставі пунктів 13.2, 13.7 Договору, у зв’язку із продовження терміну надання послуги з поточного ремонту, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін надання послуги зі здійснення технічного нагляду до 20 грудня 2024 року та викласти пункт 4.3 Договору у новій редакції:
«4.3. Термін надання послуги зі здійснення технічного нагляду - з наступного дня після підписання договору до 20 грудня 2024 року.».
