. 1.В зв»язку з воєним станом та враховуючи п. 9.1 згідно форс-мажорних обставин до Договору № 12 від 17.022021 року звільнити Покупця від відповідальності за невиконання або неналежне виконання зобов'язань за Договором, якщо це стало наслідком дії обставин непереборної сили (війна і військові дії).
2. В зв»язку з вищевикладеним внести зміни до Договору № 12 від 17.02.2021 року та викласти п.2.3 в наступній редакції «Сума Договору визначається сумою загальної вартості Товару, поставленого протягом строку дії цього Договору згідно із специфікацією, що підтверджено накладними і становить: 46231 грн. 71 коп.(сорок шість тисяч двісті тридцять одна грн. 71 коп.)
3. Датою розірвання Договору вважати 11.03.2022.
