Возникновения документально подтвержденных объективных обстоятельств:1. Нарушение кладки стены, между пищеблоком и вентиляционной шахтой, требующее укрепления конструкции.
2. Отсутствие надлежащего контура заземления, который необходимо восстановить.
3. Выявлен значительный перепад уровня стен, требующий дополнительных работ связанных с выравниванием.
4. В процессе демонтажа, выявлена ненадлежащего качества структура стены , которую необходимо устранить.
