1. Пункт 1.1 Предмету договору викласти в наступній редакції:
Замовник доручає, а Підрядник забезпечує відповідно до проектно-кошторисної документації та умов Договору виконання робіт з капітального ремонту згідно ДК 021:2015 - 45450000-6 Інші завершальні будівельні роботи.
2. Пункт 1.5 Предмету договору викласти в наступній редакції:
Строки виконання робіт встановлюються з 25.08.2021 до 20.12.2021. Початок та закінчення робіт по благоустрою визначається календарним графіком виконання робіт, який є невід'ємною частиною Договору (додаток № 2) та умовами Договору.
3. Виключити з договору у п.11 Проведення розрахунків за виконані роботи п.п 11.9. Згідно Постанови КМУ від 27.12.2001р. №1764 (зі змінами), проміжні платежі за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більше як 95 відсотків їх загальної вартості за договірною ціною. Кінцеві розрахунки здійснюються у двотижневий термін після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених договором робіт та отримання декларації про готовність об’єкта до експлуатації або сертифікату відповідності закінченого об’єкту.
4. Календарний графік виконання робіт до договору викласти в новій редакції
(додаток 2).
5. План фінансування до договору викласти в новій редакції (додаток 3)
