1. Сторони дійшли згоди відповідно до п. 3.2 Договору зменшити його суму на 4000 грн. 00 коп. (чотири тисячі грн.00 коп.) та внести зміни до абзацу першого п. 3.1. Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції: «3.1. Сума цього Договору становить 223500 грн. 00 коп. (Двісті двадцять три тисячі п'ятсот гривень грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі: ПДВ 20% 37250 грн. 00 коп. (тридцять сім тисяч двісті п'ятдесят грн. 00 коп.).» 2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та Сторони підтверджують свої зобов'язання за ними. 3. Дана Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії від 23.03.2021 р. №21700082/21. 4. Додаткова угода підписана у 2-х примірниках, кожен з яких має однакову юридичну силу та набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами.
