У зв’язку із завершенням бюджетного року, Сторони дійшли згоди про перерозподіл фінансування з 2023 року на 2024 рік у сумі 209 771,00 грн (Двісті дев'ять тисяч сімсот сімдесят одна грн 00 коп.), а також зміну строків виконання робіт, шляхом внесення змін та доповнень до п. 3.1.1. , п.4.2., п.15.1. Договору підряду № 90/21 від 19.08.2021 року, які викласти у наступній редакції:
«3.1.1. Фінансування по договору буде здійснюватися відповідно до бюджетних призначень, а саме: у 2021 році в сумі 1 521 122,00 грн (Один мільйон п’ятсот двадцять одна тисяча сто двадцять двi грн 00 коп.), у 2024 році в сумі 209 771,00 грн (Двісті дев'ять тисяч сімсот сімдесят одна грн 00 коп.).»
«4.2. Строки виконання робіт по будівництву об’єкту визначаються:
У 2021 році:
початок – серпень;
закінчення – грудень;
у 2024 році:
початок – березень;
закінчення – грудень.»
«15.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання та діє до 31.12.2024 року.»
