Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони уклали додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Доповнити розділ 3 Договору №167/Т/21 від 20.07.2021 року пунктом 3.1.2., та викласти його у наступній редакції: «3.1.2. Ціна договору для закупівлі додаткового обсягу послуг з ручного прибирання вулиць у 2022 році становить 115 700 грн. 00 коп. (сто п’ятнадцять тисяч сімсот гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ».
