У відповідності до п. 13.13.7 Договору, ст.. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі цінової довідки від 13.12.2022р. № В-516 виданої Івано-Франківською торгово-промисловою палатою, та у зв'язку з збільшенням цін на ринку Сторони вирішили збільшити ціну за одиницю товару в межах 10 %, а саме внесли зміни до п.7.6. Договору №2 від 05 січня 2022 року, та виклали його у новій редакції.
