Відповідно до пункту 5 стаття 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015року № 922-VІІІ сторони домовилися збільшити суму договору на суму 51708,18 грн. (п’ятдесят одна тисяча сімсот вісім грн. 18 коп. в тому числі ПДВ – 8618,03 грн. (вісім тисяч шістсот вісімнадцять грн 03 копійок) на суму що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в договорі. У зв’язку з цим ціна договору становить 310249,08 грн. (триста десять тисяч двісті сорок дев’ять гривень 08 копійок в тому числі ПДВ – 51708,18 грн. (п’ятдесят одна тисяча сімсот вісім гривень 18 копійок).
