Пункт 3.1. договору № 19 викласти у новій редакції : «Загальна сума договору складає 8163,00 грн.(вісім тисяч сто шістдесят три грн., 00 коп.) в т.ч. зменшення по даній додатковій угоді на 837,00 грн. (вісімсот тридцять сім грн., 00 коп.). Інші умови вищевказаного договору лишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання.
2. Ця угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами і діє до 31.12.21р., а в частині взаєморозрахунків – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язання .
3. Угода є невід’ємною частиною договору № 19 від 26.01.2021 р.
4. Цю угоду складено у двох примирниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу - по одному для кожної із сторін
