Note:
1. Відповідно до норм ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі - Закон), ч.1 ст. 651, ст.ст. 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, відповідно до п.6.2., п.9.6. Договору № 0103214 від 01 березня 2021 року (далі – Договір), укладеного відповідно до закупівлі UA-2021-02-18-012012-b, Сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору, а саме: 38 320,00 (тридцять вісім тисяч триста двадцять грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ, згідно Специфікації (Додаток №1, що є невід’ємною частиною Додаткової угоди).
