У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, керуючись п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити вартість договору №2 від 27.01.2020 року на суму 38 760 грн. 00 коп. ( тридцять вісім тисяч сімсот шістдесят грн. 00 коп.) та внести зміни до п. 3.1. Розділу ІІІ «Ціна товару» Договору та викласти їх у новій редакції Керуючись п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 9.5. Договору, Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 березня 2020 р. № 211 «Про запобігання поширенню на території України коронавірусу COVID-19», Законом України «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19)», Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити виконання зобов’язань за Договором, а саме: продовжити термін поставки товару до 31.12.2020 року та внести зміни до п. 5.1. Розділу V «Поставка товару» Договору, виклавши їх у новій редакції
