у зв’язку з продовженням дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури нової закупівлі на початку 2022 року, а саме до 31.03.2022 року, на підставі ч.5 та ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду (далі - Угода) про наступне: вартість цієї Угоди становить 23375,76 грн. (двадцять три тис. триста сімдесят п'ять грн. 76 коп.) з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми, початкового договору. (Після внесення змін сума договору становить 140327,76 грн. з ПДВ; кількість становить 1851 кг.)
