Сторони домовились викласти п. 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Загальна вартість робіт за цим Договором становить 1982700.00 грн.(Один мільйон дев'ятсот вісімдесят дві тисячі сімсот грн.00 коп. ) » з урахуванням ПДВ – 330450.00 грн.
На підставі п.п. 3.5., 8.1. в зв'язку з неможливістю виконання своїх зобов'язань, та відсутності бюджетного фінансування протягом 2022р. Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди про розірвання Договору від 20.07.2021 № 46 (далі – Договір), та припинення його дії з 20 грудня 2022 року
