У зв’язку з коливанням ціни Товару на ринку згідно п. 3.3.2 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди: 1) збільшити ціну на Дизельне паливо за 1 літр та зменшити обсяги закупівлі, наведені у Специфікації, що є Додатком №1 до Договору, та викласти його в новій редакції, що додається; 2) зменшити кількість закупівлі товару на 220 л та викласти п. 1.2 в наступній редакції: «1.2. Найменування товару: (ДК 021:2015 код 09130000-9: Нафта і дистиляти) дизельне пальне кількість товару 2 280 л.»
