Відповідно до пункту 8 частини 4 статті 36 Закону, якою передбачено зміну умов Договору у зв’язку із застосуванням положень частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону, Сторони прийшли до згоди: Обсяг постачання газу з 02.01.2019 по 31.01.2020 року становить 200 682,19 куб. м., у тому числі у січні 2020 року: 32040,19 куб. м. Загальна вартість Договору складає 1 687 302,93 грн., крім того ПДВ 20% - 337 460,58 грн., разом з ПДВ - 2 024 763,51 грн.
