В зв’язку зі зміною ситуації на ринку м. Кропивницький та підвищенням ціни на хліб пшеничний в/г , на підставі експертного висновку Кіровоградської регіональної торгово-промислової палати від 01.07.2019року № В-466 та наданого листом постачальника № 9 від 01.07.2019 р про підвищення ціни за 1 кг товару на предмет закупівлі, керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.11.2 Розділу ХІ Договору, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору про закупівлю № 01Т/ВА/2230 від 04.01.2019р шляхом укладання ДУ № 2 від 03.07.2019р. Сума Договору після внесення змін зменшилася на 0,04 грн. та складає 269780,36 грн. Кількість товару зменшилася на 1186,66 кг та складає 23473,34 кг.
