Доповнити договір №24-07-18 від 20.04.2018 р. п. 7.8, який викласти в редакції "Ідентифікації підлягають 29 трамвайних вагонів типу КТ-4D після їх адаптації,пов*язаної з проведенням капітального ремонту та переобладнання за винятком головного зразка адаптованого вагона КТ-4D, що проходить випробування".
2.Протокол угоди про Договірну ціну (Додаток №1 до Договору №24-07-18 від 20.04.2018 р.) викласти в новій редакції, що є невід*ємною частиною цього Договору.
3.Календарний план робіт (Додаток №2 до Договору №24-07-18 від 20.04.2018 р.) викласти у новій редакції, що є невід*ємною частиною цього Договору.
Інші положення зазначеного Договору залишаються незмінними.
